Podere della Bruciata is a modest family business in which all of my family work directly.
We get the Organic Certification in 2001 and from the beginning we focused on reaching an high quality in our products.
From many years we produce organic oil and wine using simple and natural processes. We don't add neither yeast nor tannins.

We produce not over 10 000 bottles of wine and 1 000 of oil keeping the productivity low at 55-60 quintals per hectare. The vineyard is worked in a traditional way and the juice ferments without temperature control, in cement and steel vats. The aging is performed in durmast barrels.
We don’t filtrate the wine because we truly believe it steals something, and we use a quarter of the allowed sulfite.
