 ROERO ARNEIS DOCG black Edition
 
 
ORIGIN    Mentioned as far back around 1478, Roero Arneis is the most important
white wine from Piemonte. The nineteen village in which it is produced are all in the
Roero area, where vine-growing and wine-making are age-old traditions.
 
Mumplin is a special selection made  from carefully selected  grapes on a single  estate vineyard

WINE –MAKING
All the grapes are picked by hand. Soft pressing of the grapes.
A small quantity is  fermented  in small French barrels for 12 months, after which it is added to the remaining wine to continue its maturation in stainless steel vats.
 
 
Tasting note:
Colour: deep straw yellow colour,
Bouquet: intense with exotic fruit and vanilla hint,
Taste:  elegant  and rich in the mouth. Good structure for ageing
 
 
Serve with: appetizer, fish and white meat, seafood, pasta, rice, vegetarian dishes.
Perfect as an aperitif
 
Serving  temperature: 10-12°C.
