DOLCEZZA MIA Romagna Albana DOCG Sweet
Often when you think Albana, you think its sweetness that pleases the palate and enhances its fragrance.
Grapes: Albana 100%.
Production technique: fermentation in white with selected yeasts and controlled temperature. Refrigeration and sterile filtration to stop the fermentation at the right concentration of sugar.
Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Characteristics: intense straw yellow with aromas of ripe fruit notes that accompany the typical vegetal note of Albana.
Combinations: fruits and desserts, served in small glasses. Particularly suitable combination is the one with the cake and biscuits. It also suggests
the combination with Fossa cheese accompanied by honey.
Serve at 10°-12°
