San Gregorio

wine of an intense bright red colour, it presents a medium body with velvety tannins and a long fresh finish. At the nose, blackberry, cherry and lovely hints of violet well integrated with a delicate aroma of vanilla. Harvested at the end of September, beginning of October, it makes its fermentation with natural yeats for 3 weeks at a temperature of 28/30°. Maturation in oak cask for 6 months and minimum 3 months in bottle
