This double malt beer with coppery glints finishes with a creamy, smooth and persistent head. The head lasts long, as a sign of the accurate artisanal workmanship behind this beer. In drinking this beer one will notice sweet, light notes of toasted malt, toffee and lastly a gentle sense of smoky. Recommended for stewed and cured meats, and aged cheeses.
