This grappa is distilled using traditional copper alambic with non-continuous distillation process.
Grappa produced from white wine pomace. Distilled from rare pomace (greco/fiano),this grappo is bright with fruit and flowers aromas. This ia a full-bodied grappa, whose entry in the mouth is delicate and enveloping. Long finish with citrus-fruit undertones.
Grappa produced from red wine pomace
The powerful and strong odor intensity coming from the Aglianico variety gives this full-bodied grappa a particular complexity in terms of flavours and aromas. On the aftertaste, the strong pomace scent originates a product with a long finish.
Best served at 16-18°.
