Campofaino Valpolicella Superiore Doc

Varietals: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.
Place of production: the classical area of production indicated by the Disciplinary, that
includes the north-western district of Verona city.
Sensory properties: the colour is a ruby red and the aroma is musky, delicate and
characteristic. The taste is sapid, velvety and harmonic.
Recommended food: red meat courses, but it can be an excellent whole meal wine.
Aging: well-preserved, it maintains good qualities also for 2 years.
