This is vivid, fresh and fruity wine; the carefully selected grapes used for this
rosé wine belong to the vineyards located in the hills of Paternopoli.
Selection of grapes in the vineyards and in the winery, then the destemming process starts followed by the crushing one, in which ripe red grapes are pressed leaving their juice in contact with the skins for 6/20 hours at low temperature. Then the must ferments at controlled temperature. Finally the wine is aged in in stainless steel casks for at least 4 months and in bottle for at least 3 months.
Seductive pink coloured, this wine exhibits a fruity bouquet with peach, cherry, strawberry and apricot flavours. The palate is dry, well balanced and fresh; the wine has little sense of mineralness, a warm after-taste and a long and pleasant finish.
You can pair this wine especially with starters, fish soups and cod.
