Gli Stridoli Fermo
Traditional Romagna white wine, "Gli Stridoli" comes of a native old vine, called Pagadebit, traditionally used to settle debts at the end of the harvesting season (his high resistance to diseases makes it a sure income source).
The grapes harvested during the first half of October and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature are turned over with the bâtonnage technique. Its flavours express the simplicity and the strength typical of the people from Romagna; along with its body and structure they make it the right wine for any time.
Serve with fish or white meat dishes to stress out its taste and delicacy.
