It is a wine with a pale straw yellow colour with intense and lingering fruity scents. It has an aftertaste of scents of ripe pear, pineapple and roasted hazelnuts. Serve at temperature of 10°. It makes a good appetizer and goes well with fish dishes, and fresh cheeses.
