Varietals: Glera (formerly known as
Prosecco).
Place of production: the hilly territory placed in the district of Valdobbiadene.
Sensory properties: a bright straw yellow colour, very lively, fine and persistent
spume with an excellent effervescence. Thearoma is pleasing, rich of fruit fragrances and
characteristic, with an elegant and marked bouquet. The taste is dry, full-bodied and fruity.
Recommended food: it can accompany the whole meal, from the aperitif to the pastries
and desserts.
