The most clay soils give origin to this fantastic late harvest white wine.
Selection of grapes in the vineyards and in the winery. Carbonic maceration for 48 hours, fermentation of the must at controlled temperature (10-12°). Aging with batonnage for 6 months. Aging in stainless steel casks for at least 8 months; then next step in bottle for at least 4 months.
It is straw-yellow coulored with green nuances with aromas of melon, white flowers, vanilla and citrus fruits. It as dry, fruity and full taste. Its low level of
acidity is well balanced with is structure.
You can pair this wine especially with seafood, salami, cod and mature cheese. Perfect in the apéritif time.
