LA 740 - Rubicone IGT Bianco

LA 740 Rubicone IGT (White Wine)
The name is borrowed from the old steam engine that stands in the garden of the farm. The slowness of the “old ladies” of the railways goes well with this wine which can calmly accompany, from start to finish, a nice and, at the same time, resolute lunch.
Grapes: basis of Trebbiano romagnolo 85%, which is flanked by small percentages of Chardonnay and Sauvignon.
Production technique: fermentation in white with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. Part of the grapes are subjected to brief contact with the skins.
Alcohol: 12 - 13 % vol.
Characteristics: straw yellow colored wine with floral and fruit notes that are placed on a good structure and good full flavor.
Combinations: pasta, first courses also well structured, second courses of fish and even white meats.
Serve at 8°-10°
