LAMBRUSCO ROSE' DI MODENA SPUMANTE DOC BRUT
Our Lambrusco Rosè di Modena Spumante D.O.C. is obtained from a selection of the best Sorbara grapes entirely gathered in small cases (17 kg. max) by manual harvesting. Each grape is carefully handled in order to prevent them from crushing during transportation to the winery.
The crushing activity respects serious batching criteria (45%). The must is submitted to clarification followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After resting at least six months the wine receives selected yeasts prior to being bottled.
The bottles are then stored horizontally for the re-fermentation process in a constant ambient temperature of 12°C. The following steps are remuage, disgorgement and liqueur d’expédition addition.
Tasting notes
“Beautiful peal pink dress” covered by soft foam in its perlage. At the nose magic sensation of full bread perfumes, toasted nuts, ancient rose and pomegranate tones. Tender taste, structured body, brightened by its unique “acid-savory” synergy, which confirms the previous smelling flowers.
Recommended at all aperitif and.. more.
