Vine-strain : 100% Nebbiolo
Colour: intense ruby wine.
Perfume soft and delicate, reminiscent of raspberries and berries.
It perfections with the aging
Flavour: dry and full-bodied, velvety and harmonious.
Alcoholic strength: ±13,5 gradi
Aging period: wine of 6-12 months in oak barrels.
Gastronomic coupling: elegant wine; it is a proper accompaniment to the first dish and second second dish of red meat.
To be served at 18°C.
