Nubie Della Zoina
Colour and Bouquet: light pink color with hints of onion skin, the scent is intense and fruity aroma with hints of apple and grapefruit. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and balanced with long finish.
Vine: Nebbiolo 100%.
Vineyard: 5.000 sqm. planted in 2001 with a density of 5.000 plants/hectare. Exposure South, altitude 300 metres above sea level. Sandy melted ground .
Pruning: Guyot with a load of 35.000 gems/ha
Yield: for the 2010 harvest the yield per hectare has been of 9 tons and the yield grape-wine of 54%.
Wine-making: soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 13°.
Aging: four months on yeasts, in stainless steel tanks with four daily batonnage.
Date of bottling: 25th march 2011.
