Rocca Taghendas Vermentino di Gallura Docg

Varietals: 100% Vermentino.
Place of production: the territory geographically called Gallura, located in the
north-east area of the Island, between Sassari and Nuoro provinces.
Sensory properties: the colour is a straw yellow with slight greenish reflections,
brilliant. The aroma is subtle, intense and delicate. The taste is dry, soft and slightly bitter.
recommended food: as aperitif or with starters, with baked fishes, seafood and grilled
fish.
Aging: best drunk young, preferably within 10-14 months.
