ROERO ARNEIS DOCG
 
ORIGIN    Mentioned as far back around 1478, Roero Arneis is the most important
white wine from Piemonte. The nineteen village in which it is produced are all in the
Roero area, where vine-growing and wine-making are age-old traditions.
 
Mumplin is a special selection made  from carefully selected  grapes on a single  estate vineyard

WINE –MAKING
All the grapes are picked by hand.
Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless-steel vats equipped with thermostats to control the temperature during fermentation.
 
 
Tasting note:  straw yellow colour, bouquet intense but delicate with flowers and fruit hint, elegant
                       and fresh in the mouth. Pleasant and persistent aftertaste
 
 
Serve with: appetizer, fish and white meat, seafood, pasta, rice, vegetarian dishes. Perfect as an aperitif
Serving  temperature: 10-12°C.
