This wine brings its name from our local farms. Altitude and micro climate of this vineyards give it particular organoleptic characteristics which make it a very high quality red wine.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks in which it also undergoes the malolactic fermentation, the Torricello rests in oak barrels for at least 12 months and is bottled about 18 months after the harvest.
Expression of its producer's love for wine the Torricello is an elegant wine in which red fruits and spicy aromas marry oak flavours thus creating an intense and involving aromatic profile. Its structure and mouth-feel make it a wine suitable for ageing, to be drunk especially with game and red meat.
