Vermentino is an aromatic grape, white grape, probably originated in the Iberian Peninsula, which then spread in Liguria and Tuscany (and even
Sardinia, Corsica and parts of France). The vine is used for the production of many wines, and as a base both in composition.
In recent years, have created types of Vermentino vinified alone, to make it more fruity and delicate.
The wines made from Vermentino are generally dry white, pungent but pleasant and delicately soft, pale yellow in color with aromas
delicate, fruity and slightly aromatic.
Wine for the entire meal. can be combined with seafood appetizers, soups and fish dishes of Ligurian cuisine and the Tuscan coast.
