is an intruiguing table wine, multi-layered bouquet that ranges from impressions of yellow fruits and flower.
A deep straw yellow fruits and flower. In the mouth it has a crisp acidity complements its velvety texture, while rich, intense flavours and supple tannins contribute to ana overall fine balance. It finishes extremely long.
Wine making:complete bunch of grape soft squeeze. Static cold decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel tank with electronic control. 
it is suggested to serve it with sea salad - white meats - risotto with sea fruits
